Directors of the Guatemalan Social Security Institute (IGSS) visited REPSA, with the purpose of learning about our operations and determining the support they can provide us in the health area to meet the needs of our collaborators and their families. The visit was accompanied by advisors, coordinators of the Governance Roundtable and staff from the Guatemalan Palm Growers Guild (GREPALMA). During the visit they learned about the Agro-Environmental Field School (ECA) and part of the social programs we implement. For Grupo HAME, the health and well-being of our collaborators is a priority, so as the next step, the IGSS will coordinate a medical day in Sayaxché, to care for members and families.
